By using Highandloans services (hereinafter referred to as "Highandloans," which includes its affiliates, successors, and assigns as applicable), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms, along with the Service, apply to all loans facilitated through the platform.
This agreement (the "Terms") is between you and Highandloans. It governs your use of Highandloans proprietary risk evaluation and measurement software system and the services described herein ("Service").
Highandloans reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. Changes will take effect when posted on the relevant Service(s). By continuing to access or use the Services after such updates, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
Eligibility
Highandloans may approve or continue to provide a loan to a borrower if the following conditions are met:
- You must be at least 18 years old and an Indian citizen
- You must be financially solvent and capable of entering into these Terms
- You must be an individual; automated tools or bots are not permitted
- Your application must be accepted by Highandloans in accordance with its prescribed procedures
- All required documents must be completed and signed to Highandloans satisfaction
- All representations and warranties must be accurate
Account Set Up
To register an account, you must provide accurate information including your name, address, mobile phone number, and age. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your account.
You are fully responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your credentials secure and confidential at all times. Unless otherwise authorized, you are permitted to operate only one account.
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the use of any information provided during account setup in accordance with Highandloans Privacy Policy.
Service
The Service provides access to the Highandloans System, which includes verifying the information you provide and assessing your creditworthiness. Subject to Highandloans sole discretion, you may submit a Credit Facility Application to a licensed entity partnered with Highandloans.
Highandloans is not obligated to disclose its assessment of your creditworthiness. The final decision to grant any Advance rests with the lending partner.
Repayment
You are required to repay the Advance, along with all applicable interest, charges, and fees, to the lending partner as specified. Highandloans services are solely focused on connecting you with credit providers.
Separate Transactions
An Advance provided under loan documentation constitutes a separate transaction between you and the lending partner, independent of Highandloans services. Any disputes regarding the Advance must be resolved directly between you and the lending partner.
Collection Authorization
You agree to allow Highandloans to send you payment reminders periodically, in accordance with applicable laws. You authorize Highandloans to use information you have provided for the purpose of sending payment reminders.
Network Access and Devices
You are responsible for securing the data network access needed to use the Services. You must acquire and maintain compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the Services.
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Highandloans grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license in India to access and use the Highandloans Systems for your personal use of the Services within India.
Restrictions
You may not use the Services for any purpose other than as expressly outlined in these Terms, or allow any third parties to access the Services without authorization.
Limited Warranty
Highandloans employs industry-standard security measures but does not guarantee that the Service will be free from loss, corruption, attacks, or other security breaches. The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Limitation of Liability
Your access to and use of the Services is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highandloans shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Services.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Highandloans, along with its officers, directors, employees, and agents.
Privacy
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of certain information about you in accordance with Highandloans Privacy Policy and these Terms.

All notices must be in writing and will be considered given upon receipt if sent to:

Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Force Majeure
Highandloans will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing the Services if such delay is due to causes beyond its control, including strikes, riots, fires, floods, natural disasters, or other similar events.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter. Highandloans addresses the fundamental need for fast, convenient, and transparent access to credit in India.
